Shipping

We currently offer delivery across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

UK Delivery

Orders under £30: £3.00
Orders £30+: FREE UK shipping

Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 business days from dispatch.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed as business days.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email.

Tracking may not update immediately after dispatch and can sometimes take time to show the first scan within the Royal Mail network. This is normal and does not necessarily mean that your parcel has not been posted.

Once a parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, tracking updates and delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Delayed Parcels

Please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us regarding a delayed parcel.

Occasionally, Royal Mail may experience delays due to operational issues, busy periods, weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your parcel has still not arrived after the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking number and we will be happy to assist.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend the order once it has been dispatched.
